AUTHENIC
Cinco Jotas
You can eat Cinco Jotas acorn-fed 100% ibérico ham many different ways; with bread and tomato, in a sandwich, or as an appetizer. The best way to appreciate this ham, however, is eating it on its own.
Eating with your fingers is permitted. This is, in fact, the best way to eat our ham.
It can also be used to add flavour, transforming a simple dish into a gourmet recipe. In our Cinco Jotas restaurants, for example, we prepare it with fresh peas, eggs with potatoes, baby broad beans (habitats), octopus, and more.

In search of the

A perfect pairing allows you to discover and enjoy Cinco Jotas acorn-fed 100% ibérico ham with all of your senses.
You will note its intense aroma, with hints of acorn and thyme ... the juicy, creamy texture as it melts in your mouth with an exquisite, lingering flavour. A glass of Manzanilla Spanish wine, cava sparkling wine or champagne all highlight the excellent flavour of acorn-fed 100% ibérico ham.

How to open a pack of Cinco Jotas acorn-fed 100% ibérico ham and savour it as if it were freshly hand-carved by our Master Carvers.
Before opening the pack, immerse for a few seconds in warm water to separate the slices more easily. Once opened, the ham should be kept on a plate at room temperature for about 15 minutes prior to consumption, ideally reaching 24 degrees.
