A Vibrant Celebration of the Sun and the Sea

Renowned chef, Daniel Boulud, got his inspiration to create this magnificant restaurant from the Mediterranean coast. The menu emphasizes regional flavors: from Spanish to Greek, to Lebanese and beyond. Together with executive chef Brian Arruda, Boulud Sud is more than worthy of the two stars awarded by the New York Times.
