Zitz Sum is a speakeasy non traditional Asian Inspired Restaurant. Established in 2020 Zitz Sum has become a Miami favorite, collecting accolades like JAMES BEARD Award nominations for Best New Restaurant and Awarded a Bib Gourmand by The Michelin Guide in 2022.
