Drawing inspiration from the coastal Mediterranean, including France’s Côte d’Azur, Spain, Italy, Greece, Morocco, Tunisia, Lebanon, Israel, and Turkey, the menu emphasizes regional flavors, featuring an abundance of fresh vegetables, seafood, grains and herbs.
