Culinary Relief Fund

From May 20th - June 2nd, Cinco Jotas donated 20% of online sales from to support the intensely-suffering culinary community during the Covid-19 crisis.


The Fabio Trabocchi Disaster Relief Fund provides small grants of financial aid to assist employees and their families of Fabio Trabocchi Restaurants in Washington, D.C., Arlington, Va., and Miami, Fl., whose lives were adversely impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic. The aid is to help staff to meet short term critical needs of shelter, food, clothing, transportation, medical care, etc., in addition to other individuals and contractors.
